Request account deletion
Email our privacy team to start the deletion process. This request path works even if you no longer have access to the app. If you added a recovery email, contact us from that address so we can verify ownership without delay.

Delete directly in Puzzlesight
If you still have the app, this is the fastest route:
Android
Open Settings, find the Account section, tap Delete account, then confirm with Delete permanently.
iPhone & iPad
Open Settings, find the Account section, tap Delete Puzzlesight account, then confirm with Delete account.
The app clears the local sign-in credential only after our server confirms that the online account was deleted.
What we delete
Once we verify and complete the request, we permanently delete the Puzzlesight online account and its associated server data, including:
- the anonymous player profile, display name, recovery email, and registered devices;
- friends, invitations, leaderboard scores, and daily-challenge results;
- profile-linked sync, notification, and verified-reward records; and
- active server sign-in credentials.
What is not deleted
- Local puzzles and progress. Boards stored only on your device are not held in the online account. Delete them in the app or remove the app to clear its ordinary local container.
- Store purchases. Deleting a Puzzlesight account does not cancel or refund Puzzlesight Pro. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may retain purchase and entitlement records needed to validate or restore it.
- Private platform-cloud data. Data in your private iCloud or Google Play Games storage is controlled through the corresponding Apple or Google account settings.
Limited temporary retention
After deletion, one-way hashes of the former device sign-in tokens remain as deletion receipts for 30 days. This lets us safely recognize a retry if the original deletion response was lost. The hashes cannot restore or identify the deleted profile, become unusable after 30 days, and are purged during subsequent deletion maintenance.
We process verified deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. If we must retain anything else for a legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reason, we will explain what is retained and for how long.
If you never created an online profile
Scanning and solving work on-device. If you never used a server-backed feature such as friends, leaderboards, profile recovery, synced daily results, or verified ad rewards, there may be no Puzzlesight online account to delete. You can still email us and we will check.
