Terms of Use

The agreement between you and Appverse LLC for using the Puzzlesight app and this website.

Last updated · July 12, 2026

Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Puzzlesight (the “app”) or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Your licence to use the app

Appverse LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. This licence is subject to the rules of the App Store or Google Play through which you obtained the app.

What you may not do

Puzzles and content

Boards you scan or generate, and any files you export, are yours to use. When you scan a puzzle from a book, newspaper, or other source, you are responsible for having the right to do so; the app is a tool for solving and does not grant you rights to third-party puzzle content.

Ads and purchases

The app is supported by ads and an optional one-time purchase to remove them. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this works and what data is involved.

Intellectual property

The app, this website, the Puzzlesight name and logo, and all associated software, design, and text are owned by Appverse LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you beyond the limited licence above.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work hard to read boards accurately, recognition can be wrong — always verify important results yourself. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appverse LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appverse LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or website.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. When we do, we will revise the date above and, for significant changes, note them in the app's release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled in the courts located in Wyoming, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
